Gorgeous Back Yard Mount Hood Wedding, OR

Last weekend Loretta, my new baby, Ellis, and I flew in to Portland, OR and drove to Mount Hood for Carli and Mark’s wedding. Carli and Mark are rad people We had an instant connection when we met at Blue Bottle Coffee in Mint Plaza. At the meeting, they invited my partner, Loretta, to their wedding. When we parted ways, Mark made sure to let Loretta know that the invite was sincere.

The ceremony and reception was held at Carli’s aunt and uncles house which borders National Forest. The whole affair was so sweet. Mark got ready at The Resort at the Mountain, about 10 minutes from where the ceremony site. Carli got her amazing flowers from Swan Island Dahlias, which is America’s largest dahlia farm. The food, done by Simpatica Catering in Portland was out of this World. Congrats Carli and Mark – you guys rock! Here are some images from their Mount Hood wedding. Enjoy!

Love the photographs. Are you using a tilt shift lens or a lensbaby? Adds a lot to some of the photos.

Like the blurring effects, are they done using a special lens or in post-processing? Looks like all had a lovely day!
