Toby’s Feed and Giacomini Barn Wedding

Faith and Dan had their wedding ceremony at the historic Giacomini Barn and their reception at Toby’s Feed Barn in Point Reyes Station. The Giacomini Barn is just a few minutes walk from Toby’s Feed. Their welcome dinner the night before the wedding was at the Old Point Reyes Schoolhouse with fresh Pizza from the Bovine Bakery. They had an amazing weekend surrounded by their friends and family. I was so stoked to join them.

On the morning of their wedding, a bunch of the guests went on a “short” 50 mile bike ride with Dan. Another group went for a several mile run with Faith.  I went into town with Loretta and our kids for pastries.  Later that day, while Dan was getting ready, he told me that he had a surprise for everyone.  There was a bluegrass band playing at the Old Western Saloon across the street from the Feed Barn.  He contacted them and asked them to come by and play some music at the wedding before their gig.  They sneaked over to the barn, and at Dan’s signal, accompanied him as he sang “Ho Hey” by the Lumineers to Faith and their guests.  It was pretty profoundly sweet.

What a joyous, fun filled wedding weekend with Faith and Dan at the Giacomini Barn and Toby’s Feed. I love the tandem bike pics!
