Hans Fahden Winery Wedding in Calistoga

Rachel and John had a super fun Hans Fahden Winery wedding in Calistoga. According to the very nice gentleman who gave me a tour of the property, it has some of the only caves in the area, which are tunneled into million year old volcanic ash. Who knew. The staff at Hans Fahden was so great to work with.

After booking me to shoot their wedding, John and Rachel spotted me at a friend’s wedding (Robyn and Josh). The groom at that wedding was actually going to be their officiant. On their engagement shoot, Rachel and I realized that we have friends in common. It is pretty neat how often we find connections in our lives that are unexpected. The number of connections that I ended up having with Rachel and John were numerous. It is funny that they found me, not through a mutual connection, but through Yelp. Such is the way of things some times. Glad they found me. I had a great time with them at their Hans Fahden Winery wedding.
