Bike Lovers Jack London Engagement

Claire and Dane are a couple of bike lovers who wanted to have their tandem bike in the Jack London engagement shoot. Always down for a good challenge, I did some brainstorming and came up with a plan.

Claire and Dane biked 2,500 miles together on this tandem bike and still wanted to marry each other.  They are into bikes, bread, food, drink, the great outdoors, and fun times.  I wanted to capture the sense of motion of a moving bike. So I had my buddy ride my bucket bike (Madsen Bike) with me in the back while photographing these two on their tandem.  We cruised around Jack London Square and Oakland China Town.  Good times with these two on their Jack London engagement. Can’t wait for their wedding.
