A Sweet Pop-up Mount Tam Elopement

Vanessa and Marcela did a pop-up Mount Tam elopement. They made vows to each other, surrounded by just a few family members. And, it’s about time, USA. Love has won. It is a little mind-boggling that it has taken so long to grant marriage equality to all, but better late than never.

They were married by Vanessa’s grandmother on Father’s Day. The love and joy radiating from everyone there was overwhelming. Vanessa was at the birth of my first child on the day I became a father. I felt incredibly honored to be there on the day when she married her love, Marcela.
